Περιγραφή: A one year old Planet Fitness facility in Spring Texas was having bubbling, adhesive bleeding and efflorescence in their rolled recycled rubber flooring. 6000 sf of the existing flooring was removed and the urethane adhesive was grinded away. The floor was shotblasted, prepatched with a mixture of VAP and TA, and then coated with 11-15 mils of VAP1 2000 ZERO. The floor then received 1/8 inch of SC Skim Coat. The facility was required to remain open during the process and the Maintenance Solutions did a very professional job of separating the affected areas by hanging sheet plastic from the ceiling to the floor. The job was completed on time and the flooring crew that followed were very pleased with the floor surface they were provided.
