Περιγραφή: Planet Fitness was renovating a 17,000 sf building with a forty year old slab and whose history included being a grocery store for a long period of time. Maintenance Solutions, the KOSTER approved applicator, quickly realized that a large amount of trenching and filling had been done through the years and the quality of the various fill materials was very lacking. Old adhesive and old patching material was everywhere. During demolition, most previously filled trench areas were removed and filled with Rapid Set Cement All. The adhesive was grinded/ground off, followed by a complete shot blasting of the entire area to a CSP 3-5. All prefilling was done using VAP1 2000 ZERO and KOSTER TA thickening agent. KOSTER VAP1 2000 ZERO was applied to the entire area at 11-15 mils thick. The VAP was then primed with VAP 06 primer and coated with 1/8 inch of KOSTER SC Skim Coat.
