Περιγραφή: Repair of a section of flooring badly affected by osmotic blistering. Problem fully investigated by taking test core sample and after analysis Koster Aquatecnic advised on a bespoke solution using Koster VAP 2000 FS to solve the problem of water vapour rising through the concrete slab and destroying the bond between the slab and the adhesive coating. The first step was to fill all cracks, potholes and voids with VAP FS 2000 and then shot blast and thoroughly clean the concrete slab. KB Pox IN was then used as a pre-treatment and finally, VAP 2000 FS was applied to a thickness of 0.36mm. VAP is a fast setting vapour barrier and can be over-coated in 2-3 hours allowing for overnight application.
